It is obvious. It is Infinity War time, so it is also butthurt time for the haters. They need to deflect and play dumb. Just see the responds to a thread from so long ago, soreness and resentment in their highest forms. Calling it the opposite whitout any real reason. Just looking at how awful the DCEU and the crappy (and unnecesary) FoX-Men are, there is nothing more they can say. Nah, you're projecting your own hatred of the MCU onto others. There is a diff between rewatching something & heckling it. Rewatch Frazier But not like these damned "reporters" who play sn interview, tearing apart the answers when the person isnt there to respond, making it seem the "reporter" won. Having a one-sided argument with a pre-recorded response doesn't make you the winner. It makes it sad you cant debate the issue live. You hsvr to stack the deck. |

Well, you're missing out. Thor is my 20 lb Maine Coon originally feral. Fish hook claws. Pet him & you will probably get sliced. Head scratch is ok for a minute. Loki in my avatar was also feral & is bipolar. She was sleeping on my leg once, woke, dug her claws in & bit hard. You can be petting her & she's loving it, then suddenly growl/attack. She is only 10 lbs. Kili was feral for a year before we captured her to get her fixed so we wouldnt get more kittens in the back yard. My kid refused to release her. Lucifer in Cinderella? She looks like him. A tuxedo that rivals Thor, but then, his sister Lady Sif (feral) was her mother Illy is a pretty Russian blue-fluffy, around 13 yrs old but touch her so fluffy tummy & she will draw blood. |

The writers would make more sense but i dont usually have access to them, just message boards with other fans I can discuss stuff, but that is with the fans there. Debate is great. The stuff of this thread? Not really Where is the point in tearing apart a post on a bulletin board when the original poster isnt here to argue his point? I'll argue points from critic reviews, etc, but Norm booted up a thread last posted on on June 18, 2017. Why? To laugh at the opinion of a poster no longer here? Doing a homework assignment & he saw a connection to sonething he loved? I saw Thor around a dozen times in the theater. I knew each time watching it I was going to buy another ticket by the scene on the roof where Thor is talling about Yggdrasil. I found it a wonderful tale of redemption. In trying to establish himself as an adult in his own right, Thor forgot about all he had been taught by his father about being a good king as well as a good man. The movie is his realization his father was right & not just a foolish old man out of touch with the modern world. Stanton was applying that concept. I have read too many anime articles in my time but I remember one that touched upon repetition. They have the chant to become Shazam or the Sailor Moon transformation because children love familiarity. They see that part coming up & it is familiar. They anticipate tje segment, maybe chant the words. When we tried to help myb30-something schizophrenic brother-in-law the doctor warned our effort should be applauded, but would likely fail as the problem was most mentally ill like comfortable-familiarity. They don't like the psych meds because theu arent used to them. They often self-medicated as teens so they trash the psych meds & return to the street drugs that arent actually helping. Its also why its so hard to end addictions. Most people get into a groove & unless change is forced on them (move to another place) or they get sick of it (putting a bucket out to catch the rain from the hole in the roof), they stay put. So what Stanton was refing was that familiarity. We know IM. Then we meet Widow, etc. It was the familiarity of Coulson in the movies. I always thought it would have made more sense to do the LAST 3 movies Lucas had planned next while his actors were still the right age than pop over to the prequels. And I would have LOVED a Solo movie. Never cared much for Luke. Whatever. But Norm booted it back. Because you wanted to laugh at Stanton? Feel superior to him? |
