He got banned for it temporarily once, but he came back. I'll be very surprised if a permanent ban is ever done on him. Well, something has to be done about this. These ongoing attacks - where he denies absolutely everything about my life except that I'm Jewish and live in Israel (which he attacks for being real) - is too much. It's why Francis isn't allowed here. Francis added sexual harassment to his game, but there is just no excuse for someone to decide (without proof) that everything about me is wrong and to campaign about it here. Maybe it has stopped now. If so, I welcome it. |

On the old IMDb boards, one really good justification for creating a sock was to use it for commenting on movies if you happened to be too famous on the Politics Board to keep people from following you to all the movie boards and creating scenes on innocent boards that were just talking about movies. If they were used only for that, I wouldn't have a problem with it. And on my "global warming" thread that I did earlier on the Politics board, I find it difficult to believe that no socks were used. I expected that the "yes" votes might be higher, but it shouldn't have been that lopsided. Yeah, must be socks. Can't be that most people think your claims about it are ridiculous. E.g. The planet is warming but it's actually caused by an approaching invisible planet called Nibiru which fires magnetic death rays at our planet to kill certain species of fish. |
