Baked wings in the oven last night. They turned out really good! I baked them on wire racks at 250 for 30 minutes and then upped it to 425 for another 45 minutes. Before the baking the only thing i had put on them is baking powder. I put 1 tablespoon for 20 wings. I sprinkled on the wings and used my hands to rub it in. After they baked i tossed them in the sauce. The wire rack/baking powder method is what made them so good and crispy!!

I must give that a shot sometime. I love wings - crispier the better!
