Michael Keaton is Adrian Toomes, the Vulture.
Donald Glover is Aaron Davis, the Prowler.
Michael Mando is Mac Gargan, the Scorpion.
Bokeem Woodbine is the Herman Schultz version of Shocker.
Logan Marshall-Green is the Jackson Brice version of Shocker.

Batman Begins had 3 or so villains, no one minded there.
It's not the amount of villains, it's how they're implemented into the story. The Shockers are clearly just going to be thug minions of Vulture, and we don't know if Scorpion is there as a villain or if he's just Gargan. He might be set-up for another movie.
SM3's problems was that they didn't know how to implement the 3 villains properly.

Moreover, this movie takes place in high school. How does Peter Parker have time to battle 5 villains and still attend classes and do his schoolwork? |
