Well it looks like Genysis was the runaway winner, although I had hoped Salvation could make it a contest

This is a complicated question. Salvation tried something different and so I respect them for that, but they didn't do a very good job. Gensys is a reaction to Salvation doing poorly yet it manages to be completely nuts at the same time. They still didn't do a good job. T3 however ia basically a T2 remake done much worse and with zero effort at all. So T3 is the worst, I think.

Well it looks like Genysis was the runaway winner, although I had hoped Salvation could make it a contest Yeah, I remember skipping Salvation during its theatrical run because of poor reviews and even worse word-of-mouth. It was so badly received that the whole planned Future Wars trilogy was discontinued because of it. You'd think with a history like that Salvation would score more than meager six votes. It's almost as if the people behind Genisys intentionally set out to write a Terminator script even more stupid than Salvation. Well, they managed to do that alright. Genisys often felt more like a Zucker-Abrahams-Zucker parody of The Terminator.
