Cant find this online to listen to. Is it any good? Worth buying? I was lukewarm over the album to start with.

I bought it when it came out. Hardly ever listened to it. Never a real fan of the real "Let It Be" album...this naked one is OK if only for the fact that the sugary strings have been removed from "Long And Winding Road."

I much prefer it to the overly-lush strings and choirs that Phil Spector put on it. McCartney was livid at the mix and cited it in his suit to dissolve the Beatles. I don't think Lennon or the others objected, though. Odd, because Lennon wanted the album to be back-to-basics and for that reason didn't want George Martin involved.
By the by, most Beatle stuff is hard to find online these days.

Catch this before it's taken down. Edit: Actually these are the demos Paul worked from, but it's not the actual album.

Listened to it once and then filed it away.
