For those who already saw the movie did it surpass Spider-Man 2 as the best Spider-Man movie ever? Or was it just good?

It's not likely that anyone on this board has seen it yet. You're too early.

Every Spider-Man film since 2 has surpassed it. Most boring, overrated superhero film ever.

I doubt its Spider-Man 2. There are some things Marvel needs to change before they evee surpass that movie maybe once the MCU is rebooted it might happen

After X-Men: Days of Future Past, Spider-Man 2 is still the greatest comic book movie ever made IMO. Unfortunately some people like weirdraptor can't understand that level of filmmaking. He finds it boring or derivative. So... these masterpieces don't make as much money as the juvenile crap featuring such brilliant grade school lines like "I have famously huge turds." Yep. That is going to be the next "Here's lookin at you, kid" or "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn" - in the ghetto.

The one they needed to make so some of the timeline could make sense again but only further confused it? The kitchen scene was great but the rest was the same old shit as always.

I love DOFP, in my top 5 along with Dark Knigh, Civil War, Winter Soldier and Deadpool. SM 2 however doesnt crack my top 10 (Doctor Strange, Logan, GOTG, Avengers and Batman Begins).

I just felt NOTHING while watching Spider-Man 2. Why God why did I have to be subjected to a movie where half of it is just the hero quitting "Cause this is hard"? That shit didn't fly in The Dark Knight Rises nor Fan4astic. Why do fans tolerate it in Spider-Man 2?

Yes, actually, because that would actually be an experience to remember. I was ready to just die of boredom watching Peter Parker refuse to be Spider-Man anymore.

There is no way anyone with any taste at all can prefer SM3, ASM, or ASM 2 to Spiderman 2. Those movies were seriously borderline terrible.

I liked DOFP but the timeline bullshit is just awfull. This was a just a gimmick so they could have the present day wolverine in the past x-men era for whatever reason. First Class was superior in the sense that it established the X-men in a new setting and a new era they could have just gone with that and establish wolverine in the sequel, but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo we needed to have a convoluted plot so wolverine could be in the past. Don't get me wrong i love wolverine just like the rest of humanity but the level of focus on him they do is just obnoxious. X-men=/=Wolverine. Thank god for Logan. Maybe now we can have nice x-men movies with the leader Cyclops being, you know the actual leader and not a kill him off in the first 20 minutes character. X-men needs a proper reboot not this soft reboot bullshit we have now.

Btw, I wonder, don't you feel a little bit like a POS for defending dialogue like this...?:
Peter Quill: You put your turd in my bed, I shave you!
RocketRaccoon: It won't be my turd it'll be one of Drax's
Drax: Haha! Yes I have famously huge turds

So you dislike natural sounding conversations between people known to be somewhat crass?
