I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Mutated fish monsters, gore, carnage, T&A, rape; all the ingredients you need for a good, trashy 80s exploitation horror movie. |

As Dramatic Look Gopher puts it so well, you really should give the 1980 version (uncut) of Humanoids From The Deep a chance. Loved the creepy look of the mutated fish monsters and there is a fantastic portion of T&A, gore, memorable characters and all in all a really well made little monster b-movie, where you will notice a lot famous faces/names along the way.
I have not seen the 1996 (I think) remake, but if I come over a decent copy, I might give that one too a chance.

I feel that Jack's Back is underrated in terms of both popular awareness and perception. It's perceived as just another exploitation flick from the 80's when it's actually a rather well crafted little whodunit.

"The Frighteners" "Fade to Black" "The Nurse" (1997) "Ragdoll" "Def by Temptation" "Hello, Mary Lou-Prom Night II" "Prom Night" (2008) "Undead or Alive" I always very much liked The Frighteners. The ending I thought was lame but I still give it a 8/10. |

Halloween III: Season of the Witch and Troll (1986) come to mind. H3 has a strong following here (errr. Imdb) - ok flick IMO - 6/10. decent concept Troll - IMO it's one movie in my eyes that needs to be remade into a big budget horror for Halloween |
