Jessica Chastain is currently In-Talks to Play the Main Villain in the New X-Men Movie "X-MEN: DARK PHOENIX".
I hope that they are able to get her. She is a Fantastic Actress!
What does everyone else here think ?

Ah now this is where we get into the weird shit. She's basically X's evil twin but not literally; her species just copies the DNA of others and hers was Charles. So because she has his gifts, she is a big-time threat in the comics, killed a helluva lot of people. |

The Shi ar are an alien race that have all kinds of super powered beings. My favorite among them is Gladiator. He sports a Mohawk and is like the personal bodyguard to the Queen or something. He's basically Superman but his power is rooted in his confidence. So if you can get him to doubt himself you have a chance at defeating him. |

XMen comics have consistently encountered aliens. Cyclops father was a space pirate after being abducted. The Brood, a species resembling the xenomorphs from alien, are a recurring problem. The Phalanx are another one, kinda like the Borg from Star Trek. They assimilate everything. The whole Dark Phoenix saga is kind of spacey with it being a cosmic entity. |

True but I don't believe any of the X-MEN movies have involved Aliens in any way, shape, or form at all before which is why I think it is going to be interesting if they are going to now take this route. |
