On 15 of May 1536, Anne Boleyn and her brother, George, were tried on charges of adultery, incest, and treason. The verdic was a conclusion. But do you think she could actually have been gulity in the charges of adultery, incest and treason ?

Anne was guilty of passing treasonable statements against the King. Courtly flirting was common and expected at H VIII's court. A courtier professed his love for Anne and she said you would have to fill a dead man's shoes (meaning HVIII).
It was a treasonable offense to speak of the King's mortality. Also, she suffered miscarriages after the birth of Elizabeth. Her last miscarriage was a dead malformed male fetus. Henry was not subject to any imperfections, therefore that child was NOT his in his mind.
Anne clashed with Cromwell and was actively political, which cast her in a bad light. She was (?) 35 at the time of her arrest and her ability to bear a son was in severe doubt.
Personally, I do not understand the incest charge???
I think that she was innocent of sexual misconduct.

unlikely. I don't think she would have taken the risk. EVen the Spanish ambassador didn't think she was guilty, and he hated Anne.
