Of the list of Superhero movies that almost but didn't happen, which would you have liked to see most? Also, let me know if I forgot any. My vote's for Del Toro's Justice League Dark. He seems to have a style that's most appropriate for that sort of story. Second, would be Miller's Justice League, because I like the Tower of Babel storyline and the man can clearly direct action.

'Batman Triumphant': Everything You Need To Know About The Missing Batman Film March 24, 2016 Tom Chapman
Clooney, O'Donnell and Silverstone were all set to reprise their roles, with Nicolas Cage tipped to pick up a hessian sack to play The Scarecrow. Although never hired, it was rumored that a young Courtney Love would be putting on the red and black as Harley Quinn.
The premise of Triumphant would be Batman's take on fear. The Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, Two-Face and The Riddler were all set to return (all played by their original actors) and put Batman on trial like the Animated Series episode "Trial." The script had the vengeful Harley wanting justice against Batman for the death of her (Joker) father. Crane would find out Bruce's identity and the two would team up to take down The Bat, driving him crazy and having him committed to Arkham Asylum.
A very Nolan-eqsue ending would see Batman holidaying in Bali, entering a cave of bats as they all fly around him, thus proving he has conquered his fear. Alas, the negative reviews of Batman & Robin pretty much put a stop to all of this. Clooney was out after saying he would never wear the cape and cowl again and Schumacher had 'lost' his passion for the franchise. Warner Bros. intended to bring in Tim Drake as a new Robin, but this never transpired.

Writer Details the SUPERMAN 5 Movie That Never Came To Be By Vaneta Rogers June 28, 2010 11:10am ET
"The intent was to leapfrog over Superman III and especially IV, and return the series to the high mark achieved in 1 and 2," Bates told Newsarama. "[It was] our desire to do a fully developed, balls-out science fiction story pitting Superman and Brainiac against each other mano a mano."
"[Brainiac] comes to Earth for the first time and shrinks Metropolis, adding it to his interplanetary collection of miniaturized cities," Bates explained. "But because he becomes aware of the unique super-powered being in his latest acquisition, Brainiac miniaturizes himself and ventures into the bottled Metropolis in person. This leads to a knock-down drag-out battle that ends in what appears to be Superman’s death."
"A split-second before his atoms would’ve been permanently disintegrated, they are sucked into a bottle-city a few rows over… Kandor," he said. "There he is 'reborn' as a mortal man, where he gets to reconnect with his Kryptonian roots as he begins the arduous process of rehabilitating himself and eventually escaping from Kandor to resume his battle with Brainiac."

How Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 4 would have panned out Rob Leane Jun 3, 2016
In March 2009, Raimi spoke to MTV. He said that "right now we’re just working on the story for Spider-Man 4, just that one film."
There were lots of ideas on the table at this stage, then, and of these potential baddies it was the Vulture that got the most press attention. In December 2009, it was reported by Movieline that John Malkovich was under consideration for the role of Adrian Toomes, AKA the Vulture. Despite his advanced age compared to most super-villains, this flying foe has caused plenty of trouble for Spidey over decades of comic book history.
In the same report, Movieline posited that Anne Hathaway was circling the role of Felicia Hardy, best known to comic book readers as Spidey’s occasional love interest Black Cat. Julia Stiles and Rachel McAdams were apparently considered for the part as well, and the top theory was that this version of Felicia would take on a new super-villain identity – The Vulturess – in the film. Perhaps this was an attempt to ensure that Felicia didn't feel too much like a Catwoman copycat.

Paul Greengrass' Watchmen
Darren Aronofsky's Batman: Year One
Kevin Smith's Green Hornet
But of the ones listed, Burton's Superman because that documentary sure made it seem like it could've been one interesting Frankenstein creation.

The Amazing Spider-Man 3: What Would Have Happened? Rob Leane Sep 8, 2015
"Part of the discussion was the possibility in 3 there was this idea that at one point Spider-Man would be able to take this formula, and regenerate the people in his life that had died […] so there was this discussion that Captain Stacy would have come back even bigger in episode three."
It’s known that Dane DeHaan was contracted to appear in The Sinister Six and The Amazing Spider-Man 3, where it’s understood that he would have been the primary antagonist.
It’s been teased, though, that Harry wouldn’t be the only Goblin in The Amazing Spider-Man 3 – Norman Osborn could well have returned as well. The idea was confirmed by Marc Webb on a DVD extra, where he revealed that Norman's cryogenically frozen head nearly made an appearance in the end of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which would have teased the possibility of a comeback.
This ties in with what Chris Cooper had previously teased as "bigger and better things" for his character in part 3. With Oscorp acting as the overarching evil corporation of the series, bring back their founder makes a certain amount of narrative sense.
