1. Spider-Man 2: A- 2. Spider-Man: B+ 3. Spider-Man 3: C- 4. The Amazing Spider-Man 2: D- 5. The Amazing Spider-Man: D- Agreed. Didn't go out of my way to check out Garfield's movies, but caught them on plane flights...not my style. Too loud and crazy, especially his second movie. Raimi's trilogy was more fun to watch (the music was way better too), despite the weirdness of the Green Goblin costume and the more bizarre segments of Spiderman 3. I hope the new one does OK, but I'm not rushing out to see it. |

I haven't seen Homecoming yet but I kinda agree with your rankings. Although I like ASM2 more than ASM.
You'll get negative response from many here. But I'm like you, I don't consider Spider-Man 2 to be the great film that others claim that it is.

They are all average(i.e. 5/10) at best.
with that said... I know Spider-Man is a big name super hero but i never found that character all that interesting so it's going to be difficult for them to make one i actually like/will re-watch here and there.
for the record... i like the Tobey Maguire ones a bit more than the others.
p.s. while i have not seen all of the Spider-Man movies i have seen the Tobey Maguire movies along with the 2012 movie. so basically four of them. that's pretty safe for me to write those off at this point which is why i did not bother to see anymore.
