Overall Whedon for The Avengers or Matthew Vaughn for Kick-Ass, Kingsman & X-Men First Class
From the list Nolan just edges it.

All great directors, but The Dark Knight is my favorite movie from these 5 so Nolan.

Well TDK is excellent but the other two aren't, and TDKR is horrid.
Sam Raimi's films did nothing for me.
I guess Jon Favreau for the first two Iron Man films, and I like Iron Man 2 better.
If it fit your parameters, I'd choose the Russo bros, if only for The Winter Soldier.

Christopher Nolan
He did a Fantastic Job with all 3 of his "BATMAN" Movies.

As much as I love Dark Knight, I gotta go with Raimi.
The action and effects were fantastic...Even in Spiderman 3, the problem was not the superhero components, but rather on Dark Parker.
Plus he did Darkman which was great too.

I think Richard Lester doesn't get enough credit for Superman II. That's a really fun movie.

I'm going Tim Burton, but specifically for "Batman Returns."
I think he nailed the fantasy quotient miles ahead of anyone else. I did enjoy Nolan's Batman movies, Raimi's first two Spidermans, and a good portion of the MCU efforts. "Batman Returns" still steals the show for me...right behind its predecessor.
