Everyday I go on the app and everyday it's something about someone who said something about Trump. It's annoying. I go there to look up movie and tv news. Not political news. I'm seriously am sick of it. They didn't do it with Obama so why do they think people care about what some asshole like Colbert or John Oliver had to say about Trump?

I wouldn't even bother putting the IMDb app on my phone. I wouldn't want to waste the space. How do you complain about it? I guess you can head on over to: getsatisfaction.com/imdb/categories/imdb_ios_appand start a new topic. But again, I would save my breath and just uninstall it. They make money off of those millions of ads. |

I agree that your best bet is to go to getsatisfaction.
For what it's worth, I doubt it has anything to do with IMDb's political views and everything to do with the fact that everything Trump gets a lot of views. In other words, it's more about green than blue or red.
By the way, I also have the app, but I have no idea what you are referring to. I don't get political ads (or am not aware of them). I click that X faster than I can identify the product).

Jeff Bezos owns imdb now and he's even more of a rabid liberal than that brit that he bought it from. Consider the fact bezos shut down the message boards because people had the audacity to think for themselves and not goosestep along like a good little hive minded socialist and ask yourself if you really want to keep supporting a guy who fears and hates differing opinions.
