I didn't think the final season would be that good with Norma gone. Boy was I wrong. I loved it.

The final season, as a whole, was just as amazing & spellbinding as the first 4 season. Stellar performances by Vera Farmiga & Freddie Higmore, and very decent performances by the others cast members. Excellent writing, great direction, beautiful photography, and compelling storyline. However, I was quite disappointed with Norman's fate in the final episode. I was expecting something quite different, with a nice creepy little twist at the end.
