Am I insane?  Please read this article. Nerlens Noel averaged 8.5 PPG with the Mavs last season after being traded and wants a 'Max Salary' that would equate to $146 million over 5 years. Bumbles Wants a Max ContractHuh?  I hope this guy rots on the sidelines. Thoughts. Discuss.  |

I mean, I'm not sure why you'd hate him because of that. Granted, I don't follow the NBA enough to know a guy's worth but what's the harm in him wanting that? Guess what, I want to get $146 million also and if someone is willing to give it to me, then that's their fault, not mine for asking for it. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Plus, just because he wants it doesn't mean he'll get it. I want to bang Bar Rafaeli but it's pretty unlikely.
Same concept with baseball. I don't hate Oliver Perez because the Mets paid him $36 million when nobody else even wanted him and he was terrible afterward. I hate the Mets because the Mets paid him $36 million when nobody else even wanted him and he was terrible afterward.

Destroyed his old living quarters leaving marijuana blunts behind and the landlord sued him. Did nothing but whine and cry about the situation in Philly being overloaded with 'bigs'. Hey - if you're the man - step up and be the man. Sad he couldn't even prove himself head and shoulders over Okafor who has showed himself to be a bust too. Hands of Stone. Couldn't catch a pass below the waist and was a turnover machine. Would brick 5 foot jumpers and 'bunnies' left and right where you would be concerned for women and kids in the front row - and small towns within a 5 mile radius. He blows. But good for him for wanting a Max Contract. |

Well he did kinda prove his worth over Okafor - they got something for him in a trade. Okafor has less trade value than your grandma's cat.

Okafor has less trade value than your grandma's cat. not quite sure if andrew bogut (who they immediately cut), justin anderson (will be shocked if he makes the team this year) and 2 2nd round picks are quite 'the haul'. they pretty much gave him away since he was in the last year of his contract. okafor - although a bust at this point - is still on a cheap contract. i'm hoping he's gone before the season starts. |

To this day I'm still a sucker for old school Christmas cartoons like Rudolf the Rednose Reindeer, Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, etc. Love the Holidays. He could probably ball better than Bumbles.......... |

What about 'It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown' To me - since I'm a horror dork and Halloween is my favorite 'holiday' (dependent upon mood I go back and forth with Thanksgiving and Halloween) - 'It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown' is iconic Halloween til Christmas if my favorite time of the year |
