Hathaway was great as Catwoman and it is a shame we can never see her in the role again
who can now fill her shoes?

My top choices (which translates into "fat chance" at WB) include Rebecca Ferguson, Rosamund Pike, Emily Blunt, Kate Beckinsale, and Sienna Miller.

You need someone with a lot of raw sensuality for the role. Hathaway was very dry as Catwoman. Gadot would have been great if she wasn't already WW. Hate to say it, but that suggestion of Megan Fox actually makes sense. Sienna Miller isn't a bad choice either.

An actress in her late 30s at least, so she won't look weird next to Affleck.
I got for Rosamund Pike, so we can have a Gone Girl reunion

I'm thinking Janelle Monae. I'm thinking Claude Monet. I really think she'd be great...the soul of Eartha Kitt with the sexiness of Julie Newmar. She was fantastic in Hidden Figures and has a ton of charsima. I am thinking that Catwoman should be separated from her relationship with Bruce in the DCEU. Otherwise we end up with "This is Bat 40" Which I would watch the hell out of, but shouldn't be in the DCEU.

Unless WB wanna one-up that Power Rangers movie as far as political correctness is concerned. That's a great point! If they wanna be progressive Jim Parsons could be great!

If they want to go for somebody closer to Affleck's age I'd like to see somebody like Carla Gugino younger more like Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

not in the slightest. I think Beckinsale had a promising start, but once she permanently intertwined her career into the Underworld series she became lost cause and has nothing more to offer, which is a shame.
