What type of deodorant guy are you? Spray (mist) guy? Gel guy (it's like ketchup and not in solid form)? White powder stick guy? (rather embarrassing when you're caked with 'white powder') 'Gel' stick guy (solid 'gel form')? Personally I've been rollin' with Axe Phoenix 'Gel Stick' for years. Pretty much a solid blue bar of soap. Hey - it's summer and all we have is baseball and my Phils are the worst team in baseball - so cut me some slack here since it's dead around here

are you British? you don't like to brush your teeth either do you? i find that fascinating to be honest - even working desk jobs in the white collared world - sometimes you need some protection - but what if you're running around like a madman all day in construction, landscaping - or even bartending....... i'm fascinated by cultural topics like this when it comes to cleanliness - aren't their cultures out there where the chicks don't shave their legs or armpits like the French?

Arrid solid unscented. Pretty much buy everything fragrance-free or unscented if I can.

Spray, but it has to be one without alcohol. If it has alcohol, my underarms become terribly irritated. I like Nivea deodorants, but unfortunately for some reason they are not sold here in Canada or in the USA. Whenever I go somewhere where it is available, I stock up on it.

Seems to work fine for me. Though I've never been one to over-exert himself!

I used a spray onetime - and judging from your response i'm guessing it had alcohol in it - i felt like my armpits were on fire and needed to hop back in the shower........that was the end of that experiment

Arrid solid unscented. Pretty much buy everything fragrance-free or unscented if I can. that's the white powered stuff correct? what if you're with your lady friend and you've got this big ball of white chunkified meteor lookin' android hangin' from one of your pit hairs? do you rectify this by 'manscaping'? i shave my head - (not going bald - always loved the look) - but use a '1' attachment on my pit hairs to keep them cropped down quite far - call me a metrosexual if you must - but i like looking 'clean'.........

It's a white gel, I guess, but I've never seen it visible on my pit. Typically goes on after a shower. I can't even see it. Sometimes I can't remember if I put it on or not and it's not easy to figure out.

I suppose if you were to turn the wheel so that a bunch of it stuck out, you could use too much, but it's best to keep it level with the plastic.
