brimfin - A orangutan IS an ape. There is an ongoing dispute between anthropologists and other scientists that early monkeys and apes should be classed in the same family, but I ain't a scientist. I learned that they came from different families.  What does the OP Lebowskidoo ππ·π say? It's his topic.
