Because MCU is getting killed! First, Wonder Woman gets rated higher than almost every MCU movie ever made and holds up better at the box office than every MCU movie ever made. Next, MCU makes a MASSIVE CONTINUITY ERROR with "8 Years Later". Then, SMH has a MASSIVE DROP of 62% on its 2nd weekend and has a lower 2nd weekend than Wonder Woman had. Now, Inhumans gets derided and scorned at Comic-Con: New ‘Inhumans’ Trailer Met With Derision & Scorn At Comic-Con

Wherever you can get your little victories eh. If only WW was the only DCEU film. SMH is the 6th highest domestic grossing film this year so far, and that is after only 2 weeks. It's $120m behind WW in foreign BO after 2 weeks, and has yet to open in China and Japan (where EVERY Spider-Man film has way out performed any DCEU film). Marvel is far from dead. More a case of DC being resuscitated. As for rated higher...SMH has an equal critic score and higher audience score on RT than WW. And don't say RT score doesn't count, because it sure did when WW score was higher. Didn't you also say SMH score was going to plummet? Make up your mind. Whenever any Marvel TV series is brought into a discussion you leap in there and say they don't count because it's on TV and not part of the MCU. I suppose it's a different case when it gives you an Anti Marvel Geek Chubby

what the fuck are you talking about dude, DCEU has made 4 films , 3 of which are terrible and performed poor at the box office.
the biggest CBM of last year was a marvel film, the biggest film this year so far is a marvel movie, spiderman was rated very highly , the biggest CBM ever is a marvel movie, 1.6 billion, tell me again how marvel is getting killed ?

SMH is the 6th highest domestic grossing film this year so far, and that is after only 2 weeks. SMH has a domestic gross of $225.2M after 13 days. Wonder Woman had a domestic gross of $227.8M after 13 days. So after a front-loaded opening weekend for SMH, SMH's domestic gross has already fallen behind Wonder Woman's domestic gross after just 13 days. And given that Wonder Woman has had the lowest drops of any superhero movie in the past 15 years while SMH had a MASSIVE DROP of 62% on its 2nd weekend, Wonder Woman's lead over SMH at the domestic box office will increase even more as the days and weeks go by. By the end of the summer, Wonder Woman will be the #2 highest domestic grossing movie of 2017 while SMH will probably be no higher than #4. has yet to open in China and Japan (where EVERY Spider-Man film has way out performed any DCEU film). None of the previous Spider-Man movies were high school comedies like SMH is. SMH is at its core just a high school movie and high school movies generally don't perform well in China and Japan. So SMH will flop in China and Japan just like it's flopping in the US. Also, Gal Gadot is the most popular US actress in China so Wonder Woman will outperform SMH in China. Didn't you also say SMH score was going to plummet? And I was right. SMH had started out around 96%. Now SMH has dropped into a tie with Wonder Woman at 92%. Whenever any Marvel TV series is brought into a discussion you leap in there and say they don't count because it's on TV and not part of the MCU. I never said it didn't count or that it's not part of MCU. MCU has already said that Inhumans and all their other TV shows are part of MCU (even though they hardly seem connected to the movies outside of a minor mention here and there). What I said was that MCU only let female characters have lead roles in TV shows but not in movies, which is not as risky because TV shows have lower budgets than movies. I also said that MCU didn't allow female characters to have a lead role in their movies because they wanted to only let their male characters have the big opportunities to become big stars that can come from having a lead role in movies but not as often from lead roles in TV shows. Hayley Atwell had a lead role on Agent Carter for 2 seasons and Krysten Ritter had a lead role on Jessica Jones for 1 season so far, but Gal Gadot is now a bigger star than Hayley Atwell and Krysten Ritter because Gal Gadot had a lead role in a big-budget franchise movie that was a huge success.

the biggest film this year so far is a marvel movie No, the biggest box office movie this year so far is Beauty and the Beast, but Star Wars: The last Jedi will probably pass Beauty and Beast. And Wonder Woman is on target to become the biggest box office superhero movie this year. spiderman was rated very highly And then had a MASSIVE DROP of 62% on its 2nd weekend, which indicates that the word-or-mouth is quickly spreading that SMH is just another over-rated and over-hyped MCU movie. the biggest CBM ever is a marvel movie
That was 5 years ago. (Or according to MCU, 8 years ago.) 5 years ago, Obama was POTUS. But things change a lot after 5 years.
I'm talking about more recent times, like the past 7 weeks. And in the past 7 weeks, MCU has been getting killed.

spiderman will gross 500 million by weekend, still has to open is asia, still along way to go , lets wait till the end of its run before you celebrate, so in the past 7 weeks you think marvel is getting killed ? it released a movie with outstanding reviews thats making good dollar at the box office, a tv show thats not out yet get criticised? and you think a change to a timeline is a big thing, man you are desperate, DCEU has been killed year in year out, it was game set match years ago

Wonder Woman had a domestic gross of $227.8M after 13 days.blah blah etc etc..... So basically SMH is a failure because WW is a success! So what? And primarily a Comic Book Movie and a Marvel movie...both do well in China Evidence? X-Men Apocalypse...a lot of that is set in a high school and about it's pupils, made more money than any DCEU film in China But it's not flopping in the US And that is based on what? What makes her the most popular ? 6 of the last 7 Marvel releases in China have bettered Wonder Woman (GOTG1 just fell short). Of those 6 ALL made more than DCEU's most successful film in China, BVS. Even minor characters like Ant Man and Doctor Strange beat BvS and WW. Maybe you underestimate the popularity of Marvel over there And Wonder Woman started out around 97% and has dropped to 92%. An even bigger drop. You predicted SMH would be below WW by 100 reviews. How did that pan out?

It's sad and disturbing how much time and effort you put into this nonsense. You're literally analyzing box office data just to bad mouth movies people like no matter what you say about them. You're not accomplishing a damn thing.

Now, Inhumans gets derided and scorned at Comic-Con: New ‘Inhumans’ Trailer Met With Derision & Scorn At Comic-ConCongrats to Wonder Woman! Honestly, I am a bit biased about it. I wanted it to succeed whether I liked it or not. Mostly because female lead superhero films deserved a huge win, as did female directors. But I was incredibly happy to find that it was one of the best comic book movies of the decade. It will most likely stay in my top 10 for quite some time, if not forever. I hated the 8 years later in SM:H, but I loved that movie as well! I feel like Tom Holland is the first actor to embody the nerdiness of Peter Parker, and the quippiness of Spider-Man. He was amazing, I loved the high school setting, and Michael Keaton was great as the Vulture. That's too bad about that 62% drop! I'm surprised for sure. Inhumans looks mediocre. But aside from Netflix, AoS looks pretty "TV budget" as well, even though I love that show. Anyways, congrats to the MCU for making a great Spider-Man movie, and congrats to the DCEU for making Wonder Woman a HUGE success!! It's well deserved.
