Banner has been The Hulk for two years according to Mark Ruffalo, all that time he has been communicating with other life forms throughout space and other dimensions besides using his fists.

I don't know much about Norse mythology. So Hela is the Norse version of Hades? Hela( Known as just 'Hel') in Norse mythology is Loki's daughter and by Odin's command she is the ruler of the realm of which she is named after. Unlike Hades, she has no romantic interest and does not see eye to eye with the other rulers of the nine realms but does not shove them aside. She does not represent wealth and greed, which Hades also represents, she represents death. She's usually described as being either a frail, tall old woman, a beautiful but sickly looking girl, or a girl with two sides of body( One human in appearance, the other skeletal). In Norse mythology Baldr is the most loved deity in the nine realms and his life if very valuable to the gods because his passing signals the start of Ragnarok. Loki was the only one in all nine lands who didn't like Baldr and tricked him into his death. Baldr could be resurrected if every living creature express love for him but Loki's disdain for him led to Hel having no other choice but to take his soul and place it into her realm. This led to a chain of events that resulted in the Twilight of the Gods, aka ragnarok which resulted in Armageddon and the death of all deities( Unlike Greek Gods, Norse Gods can die from battle and old age can affect them). There are some similarities between her and Hades, but they usually stem from the realms they are in charge of, but other than that they're really two totally different characters.

I just read the article where Ruffalo said at Comic-Con that Hulk has repressed Banner for 2 years.
1st, not every movie watcher attends Comic-Con or reads up on what the actors said at Comic-Con so normal movie watchers aren't going to understand how Hulk can go from saying no more than 10 words in his 1st 3 movies to all of a sudden forming complete sentences.
2nd, since when did Hulk have the ability to suppress Banner. It's always been that when Hulk calms down, he automatically turns back into Banner. Hulk probably isn't even aware of the Banner personality.
3rd, we saw Banner in the trailer. So if Hulk had repressed Banner for 2 years, then why would Hulk suddenly turn back into Banner?

1) They might provide an explanation in the movie. 2) They might provide an explanation in the movie. 3) We will likely see it in the movie. If you want all the details now then congrats you lack what Captain America says in his PSA, that being "patience." Of course, you won't really see the movie, you'll watch a bootleg of it or go by spoiler heavy reviews and blurbs and act like you really did - which anybody can do and it doesn't take an skill to do so anyway.

So that trailer I found to be incredibly fun and awesome but it wasn't without some senses of worry for me. I'll get the things I worry about out of the way quickly.
I'm REALLY nervous because this is likely the final film in Thor's trilogy of movies and here we are introducing what seems to be a ton of characters for the first time. I'm assuming that Grandmaster will just be a small part much like The Collector was in GOTG so I'm not going to include him here. However we've got Valkyrie, Hela, Skurge, Fenris, Surtur who I assume all play bigger parts to this film judging by the characters themselves and the trailer so for me personally that worries me that this movie is going to have A LOT of things going on in it that it might seem like it's cramming too much into it. Now I'm less worried about this because Civil War turned out awesome and many people had that same fear going into that movie. I just look at this trailer and it upsets me that Valkyrie could of just as easily been Sif who we've grown a relationship with in 1 and 2. From what I remember hearing was that Jaimie Alexander had scheduling conflicts and if she's in this film at all then it's likely not much which just annoys me. This makes me assume that the Warriors 3 will likely be early victims of Hela. Which is fine as Ragnorok needs to have casualties. I'm just upset about Sif is all as I've wanted her to play a bigger role and replace Jane as Thor's love interest.
As people on here likely know from my posts I'm still nervous about Hulk being in this movie because I've truly felt like Thor has been over shadowed in his own previous movies and I'm nervous that Hulk is going to do it to Thor in his third and likely final installment. I enjoyed the comedy of Thor telling Bruce that he beat him easily. I'm really hoping that Thor does somehow beat Hulk because if Thor can't even win a fight in his own third movie I'm gonna be disappointed. Then the final shot of this trailer...was not of Thor, it was of Hulk diving into Surtur. This just makes me more worried that Thor is once again being over shadowed as awesome as that scene did look.
Where does Odin/Loki impersonating Odin fit into all of this? Obviously will have to wait for the movie and all but that whole thing just seems to be getting ignored.
Now, to get to the things I loved.
Cate Blanchett as Hela....OMFG YES! She looked awesome in the teaser trailer and this full blown trailer just shot her up the charts as an MCU villain. Oh my god she just seems so damn brilliant it's amazing.
The film itself looks gorgeous. I mean just that shot of Hela down on the ground and the Valkryie's riding down from seemingly the heavens is just straight out of bible stuff. Sorry I'm not huge on bible stories but it truly just reminded me of angels riding down from heaven to battle Lucifer with Lucifer obviously being Hela. Just such an iconic shot from that trailer wow.
I'm sold more on the comedy in this trailer than I was in the teaser. I was one of the few who cringed at the "I know him from work!" line. This one I feel really gave me more of a liking to the comedy. Like I mentioned the part where Thor is telling Banner how he easily defeated him was fun and the opening where Thor is basically describing his day kind of reminded me of the post credit scene from Iron Man 3 I believe it was where Tony is treating Bruce like a psychologist.
The action in this film seems to be pretty awesome. It was interesting to see Thor using other weapons other than his hammer. I assume he gets a new hammer by the end of the film because if I remember right seeing concept art or a poster or something of a newly designed hammer.
Not 1 mention or shot of Jane Foster in sight which is a massive plus.
While I'm nervous about the amount of new characters being introduced I'd be lying if I didn't perk right up in my chair when I saw Fenris and Surtur.
Then for me my FAVORITE part of the trailer...was Hela going "what are you the god of again?" and BOOM the lightning crashes and there is Thor looking like mf'ing Raiden about to say "bitch I'll show you what I'm the god of!" He looked SO bad ass and I legit got chills from it. If I were to guess I'd say that is Thor with Odin Force and that by that point in the film Odin is dead and Thor is indeed the King of Asgard.

Isn't it supposed to be that only someone who s worthy can lift Thor's hammer? So the ruler of Hell is worthy to lift Thor's hammer? Or did MCU retcon it so anyone can now lift Thor's hammer?

Well, SMH ignored the Sokovia Accords and ignored Spider-Sense so Thor: Ragnarok probably ignores the whole Loki impersonating Odin thing.

She's powerful enough to mess with Odin's enchantment, stop asking to be spoonfed everything.
