Oh look, SMH has risen to 93%...making Wonder Woman's "plummet" even greater in comparison Oh look, SMH has dropped to 92% again. And SMH's box office has dropped 62% on its 2nd weekend and another 50% on its 3rd weekend. Wonder Woman's 4th weekend beat SMH's 3rd weekend - now that's embarrassing for SMH and MCU! What has SMH box office drop have to do with the RT score? If you like we can start talking about BO drops and RT scores of the other DCEU movies. So SMU has gone back to 92%...fair enough. That means my original post still stands and you seem to agree with it, because you never bothered to address it. Here's a reminder...

Like I said, Wonder Woman's 4th weekend beat SMH's 3rd weekend. Opening weekends are due to marketing and hype, but by the time the 3rd and 4th weekends come around, it's no longer the marketing or hype (or any "artificial boosters" that you claim) that bring people to the theater to see the movie. It's word-of-mouth. And while the word-of-mouth for Wonder Woman has been overwhelmingly positive, the word-of-mouth for SMH is that it's just another over-rated and over-hyped MCU movie.

Due to its artificial boosters. Mainly that because it's the DCEU's first decent film it makes it look better than it is to the mainstream audience, thus the erroneous word of mouth.

A DC movie that didn't suuuuck! Maybe they can make a double feature. Show wonder woman first and then Dawn of the dead (or whatever that movie with batmoron and superfreak was called)and call it beauty and the beast marathon.

Everyone knows DC tries to pay critics off. Fixed. Nah, nobody's ever alleged DC does that, while there's been longstanding buzz about Disney doing so.
