It does look cheesy but nothing compares to the cheese levels obtained by the Thor Ragnarok trailer. Your bias is showing. Only calling it how i see it. Seems like JL trying to outdo MCU at their own game - not a good plan.

Na just annoying when events like Ragnorak which are meant to be the end of everything, get treated like a joke. Looks like theyre trying the same formula with Darkseids arrival. If you want to see how the correct tone should be applied, watch any of the X-Men Apocalypse trailers.

Then everything you have ever said about DCEU is 100% irrelevant Not at all. I saw MOS and WW and so I know what people are referring to when they discuss the style and narrative problems of the others. I've seen most all of the scenes of BVS and SS just youtubing them, read all about them, etc. I'm just not going to sit there for 2 hours straight watching a shit movie, that's all. Irrelevant comment

X-Men: Genocidal Smurf is not the correct way to do anything. Ever.

Irrelevant comment I would say, stupid and deliberately ignorant comment worthy of ArchStanton's fanboy intellect.

Nothing in the trailer has my expectations raised, but one can hope. I've seen uninteresting trailers for good films in the past.

Or a tone that suits the plot more like. Wrong again. You seem to think that comic book movies are all supposed to be like Saving Private Ryan. You're wrong.

I haven't seen BVS or SS yet and don't plan to. Didn't see GL either. I only saw MOS on an agreement to finally get my brother to watch The Godfather. WW deserved a watch, but I would have gladly waited for Netflix if my wife hadn't been so interested in it. Would it go to Netflix? You know since Warner Brothers, Time Warner, HBO. Does Netflix streaming get any new movies? I cancelled a year ago because there were literally no new movies on there. They didn't even really have any classic older movies either, only b movies and other shit. I remember searching for Deadpool and it reccomended Scary Movie 4 instead. That was the closest it could get. Lol.

The scene with Aquaman crashing through the building he just fell through and almost surfing out like nothing happened sums up this trailer and how terrible it looks. That didn't for one second look like it was actually happening and doesn't make me excited to see it. It's just obvious they went for more bombastic WHAM BAM POW moments and I'm just not interested in films that don't take themselves at least a little seriously. It looks like it's for kids and that's fine. Flash wasn't funny but he was clearly supposed to be. I didn't feel any real tension. I didn't get any sense of what the hell is happening in the film. Many of you know I'm an MCU guy anyway, but this didn't do one thing to make me want give this a shot. At least I actually wanted to see WW. Dude, this is all that matters: I don't think too many people care about your opinion.

People have been gushing about Netflix for years but when I signed up (early last year) there were literally no new movies on it. A lot of good tv shows, but very movies of any kind.

Dude, this is all that matters: I don't think too many people care about your opinion. Then don't respond to it, because what matters is that Marvel has created the MCU and DC has floundered. All I was saying is that JL looks about on par with that right now. Perhaps the massive amount of reshoots they had to do on it will fix that. IDK.

Or a tone that suits the plot more like. We already knew Thor and Loki and Hulk will live to Infinity Wars, so making it seem like they'll die in Ragnarok would be silly. And Apocalypse ended up getting thrashed for it's self-importance instead of embracing it's origins the way it should have.
