To echo Rachel's comment: nobody learns from their mistakes without reflecting or 'looking back'. The key is not to dwell on the past, not to live in it and most especially to try and learn from it, to forgive or seek forgiveness. 'Don't look back in anger ' as the song goes. Easier said than done. But nobody can live fully in the present if they have not 'looked back' honestly and accepted or made peace with their past ,with their grievances with their ownfailings /the failings of others.

I will not deny for a second that you are welcome to interpret however you want, conversely you must accept that when that interpretation results in you falsely accusing people and telling lies about them then they will react to it. all you have to do to stop this is accept you falsely accused me of insulting you and that you lied about what I said. It's called integrity sweetpea, perhaps you could grow some. |
