I would say maybe Team Iron Man actually.
Iron Man already beat the Hulk before and Vision is a match for Thor.
Between War Machine, Black Panther and Spider-man they could take Loki and Valkyrie.
Team Thor would be be second.
Team Captain America third largely thanks to Scarlet Witch.
Guardians of the Galaxy would be fourth. Fairly close to Captain Americas team.
Agents of Shield fifth.
Defenders definitely last as they are for the most part just regular humans with Luke Cage not being a match for most other superheroes.

Seems to me that the MCU heroes are slowly being divided and grouped into different teams. What if they all fought each other, kinda like Civil War but with multiple teams. Free for all, last team with members standing wins. Who takes 1st, 2nd and 3rd place? Who gets completely wiped out first? Here are the teams: 1. Team Captain America - Captain America - Falcon - Winter Soldier - Hawkeye - Scarlet Witch - Ant-Man 2 Team Ironman - Ironman - Warmachine - Black Widow - Black Panther - Vision - Spiderman 3. Team Defenders - Daredevil - Luke Cage - Jessica Jones - Iron First - Punisher - Elektra - Stick - Colleen Wing 4. Guardians of the Galaxy - Starlord - Gamora - Drax - Rocket Raccoon - Groot - Yondu 5. Agents of SHIELD - Skye (Quake) - Agent Coulson - Mack - Melinda May - Ghost Rider - Yo-Yo - Director Mace (fully juiced up) 6. Team Thor - Thor - Hulk - Loki - Valkyrie (assume she has similar traits as Sif) everybody fighting everybody at the same time not holding anything back, going for the kill? |

Than everybody would converge on hulk and Thor first. With those two out of the picture, vision would be the next target with Scarlett witch destroying him rather quickly. In the meantime almost all the less powered ones would be already dead by the hulk and Thor battle. I think the wild cards would be actually the last ones standing not the most powerful ones. Iron-man would be destroyed or in bad shape already going all out against everybody. Scarlett witch is powerful but Loki can disguise himself as anyone she trusts and knife her in the back of her head. Repeat for others. Ant-man if going for the kill can just enter anybody's head and enlarge himself in there and would be unnoticed the next second. Yondu can finish off the humans, while rocket would just chill and wait the battle out. So again going for the kill the last three would be the wild cards that would let the other ones kill each other without drawing too much attention and a powerful enough to survive but not a big threat to be a primary target like Luke Cage. Loki, ant-man, Luke Cage. Ultimately Loki, then ant-man then Luke Cage. |
