A hard question. I pick the Governor since we saw his complete story. Negan is the best in the comic, and I think that later on, we will see more "layers" to him. Shane would have been a great villain if they hadn't killed him off so early. It would have been great if he had just left, then came back later as a "big bad"! The Governor was clearly an insane psychopath. Always had the feeling he was once a normal guy who went insane. Negan is a Sociopath. He knows exactly what he is doing, and does everything for a well thought-out reason. Maybe that makes him more dangerous in the long run. With the Governor, you never knew what he would do at any given time.

I just couldn't F-ing believe it! And unlike Glenn & Abraham, we didn't know what was coming! -To me, that story was far more disturbing to witness than watching both Glenn & Abraham simply take a knee and go down on strikes in the 9th.! P.S. / R.I.P. Merle Dixon... No matter what he said... He went down a hero in my eyes. That's all she wrote.
