No. Even if I believed in heaven, I have no desire to go there.

Depends. Am I going to Protestant Heaven or Catholic Heaven?

Probably not. Are we talking about the "Christian heaven" or a nondenominational afterlife?

All the people I like are here though.
Heaven seems dull too.

It wouldn't be heaven without cats. And dogs and bunnies and my miniature goats and my beloved horses... Christianity teaches that only humans have immortal souls; no pets allowed in heaven. Eastern philosophies are different; reincarnation in many forms from insect to human, until Nirvana, the cessation of the cycle of life, death and rebirth. As an atheist, I don't believe in god or heaven, but somehow still hope that there is some kind of an afterlife where loved ones and beloved pets are waiting to be reunited. And yes, I know - that doesn't make sense. I volunteer with a non-profit cat rescue organization. My specialty is bottle-feeding baby kittens that have been separated from their mothers. Kittens are my bliss.

Isn't suicide a mortal sin? Wouldn't committing suicide preclude you from getting into heaven? It's been a decade or so since catholic school, but I could swear that suicide is a deal breaker in terms of getting past the pearly gates.

I don't believe in afterlife, and the current scientific consensus support my opinion. If there's no heaven, there's no reason to try to get there.

Very interesting question, vampire rabbit.
I would only do that if this life was permanent and killing myself was the only way to get out of it, but since I'm certain to die one of these years I see no need to get all in a rush.

I wouldn't ever kill myself for almost whatever reason since I know I will one day die eventually, and I would rather get as much out of this life as much as I can. I can understand if someone were to kill themselves if they were in excruciating pain or in a condition where they physically couldn't enjoy the things in life anymore they once could. (I'm not exactly for or against that idea though) But I wouldn't ever kill myself knowing I would go to heaven. If anything I would just learn patience and enjoy the wait here since the life I have now is worth living overall.
It also depends on what heaven actually is. I would have to know what it is before agreeing to it. If heaven meant I have to worship a God in order to say there, it would highly depend on who God actually is. I wouldn't mind worshipping or listening to someone above me as long as I can trust who they are and be a happier person because of it.
If heaven meant a place that fits my own imagination of eternal happiness where I get to create what it would look like and be like for me personally, then it would be a definite yes. So it would be a lot easier to answer if we all knew what Heaven was

No.
If I knew I was going, then I could wait it out.
Incidentally, if salvation is involved, it's pretty irrelevant what the location is, so suicide would never be the solution to get there considering how stupid suicide is in relation to salvation or anything else for that matter.

If there's a heaven it's probably full of Trump supporters, so no.

At the end of the day you die anyway, so no. If there is a heaven and I am bound there, then I might as well experience this mortal life fully first, no point in denying me that.

Depends. Am I going to Protestant Heaven or Catholic Heaven? Well, it'd have to be Protestant Heaven since suicide is a "mortal sin" in Catholicism. Pretty sure Catholics who commit suicide automatically go to hell. It's unfortunate too, because Catholic Heaven is probably more fun than Protestant Heaven. At least Catholic Heaven has dogs!
