It's the third attempt in 15 years people are tired of Spiderman especially when there is not much thats exciting or new this time around MCU dictator Kevin Feige has said that they plan to make a Spider-Man movie for each year that he's in high school. So it's going to be the same boring shit 3 more times. What if he flunks a grade?

With Spiderkid Homecoming not even beating Amazing Spiderman's gross is this the end for he belopved webcrawler the MCU? I think so. its been out for like 3 and a bit weeks you fucking dumb truck, lets see where it ends up at the end of its run , its also one of the best spiderman movies lmao..The real mature Spider-Man with Tobey made far more money by this time when it came. You know why, because that was a mature movie for adults. Spider-Kid is flopping because the grown ups have realized that this movie is for kiddies.

Nah, the Raimi movies just didn't have real competition at the time. No one criticized because they didn't know any better.

I bet the creators of junk food restaurants claim the same about normal restaurants (you know those with healthy food). You have fattened up so much on the Marvel formula, that you are unable to think or argue properly. I suggest a radical diet. Truth is, even though Marvel claims it was Superman 1, the modern genre and especially MCU was greatly defined by X1 and X2, along with films like Hellboy (Cap 1 ripped off the WW2 scenario and hero going into the present). MCU is an artistic dwarf, sitting on the shoulders of giants. Not acknowledging and honoring them makes MCU even smaller and vanilla ice-y...

The MCU was created because of those movies, no doubt about it, and I was a big fan of those. The creation of the MCU just opened up the world to something greater. No one is taking from those movies. They just have been surpassed in scale and vision. Still great stand alone movies. I'm including superman and Batman. The appeal of the MCU is the big picture. A solidified universe like the comics. I don't see anyone involved with the MCU not acknowledging that quite the contrary. Also caps story is many, many years prior to hellboy, saying it's a rip-off is nothing less than plain stupidity.

I was gonna use that same "shoulder or giants" argument but refused to quote Sir Isaac Newton to these nimrods. You're a better man than I, sir.

Same with the X-Men movies. They survived due to no one knowing better. They survived and stil remembered as some of the best comic films produced. The likes of Antman and Dr Strange have nothing on the 2000s X films, other than visuals.

He honestly sounded like one of those ripoff trolls back in IMDb, who claimed that: -'The Hunger Games' plagiarized 'Battle Royale'. -'The Hunger Games' sequels plagiarized 'Battle Royale 2: Requiem'. -'Captain America: The First Avenger' plagiarized 'Mr. India' (1961). -'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' plagiarized 'Mr. India' (1987). -'Ant-Man' plagiarized 'Cicak Man'. -'Transcendence' plagiarized 'Serial Experiments Lain'. -'Cinderella' (2015) plagiarized 'Cinderella Monogatari'. -'Game of Thrones' plagiarized 'Berserk'. -'Harry Potter' series plagiarized 'Familiar to Zero' and 'Rosario + Vampire'.
...and so many more.

I was just about to post the exact same thing. Time for a dose of reality. They have already announced a sequel plus Spider-Man is confirmed for Infinity War. I'm sure Marvel/Disney are crying all the way to the bank over this "flop".
