Sweet. Hopefully they use Cheetah as the villain, or Circe perhaps.

I guess we'll just have to hope Disney doesn't move Episode IX to December.

They're already releasing a major tentpole that month with Avengers 4, and TFA and RO have already proven that December is the perfect month for a Star Wars film. Why suddenly break that trend?

Nice it's official now. Does anyone think we might get a variation of her pants suit? In this sequel? I'm thinking it be nice to mix it up.

Good deal! That makes me very happy! And I hope they get Patty Jenkins to direct again. I trust her completely with it!

I'm fine with it. I'm assuming Shazam will still get the April release and I hope we can still get Batman that same year with a summer to early Fall release. Fingers crossed.

I wonder who will be the villian? Hopefully we get circe at one point! Either her or Cheetah. Wildcard choices could be Maxwell Lord or Giganta or Baroness von Guther. Unless they wanna shake things up and borrow foes from other JL members like Atlas, Felix Faust, or Kobra.

So is that a no because you don't like the outfits? Or because you want to keep Gals sexy legs visible? I love WW suit now just would like to see something different after 3 films.

The only stumbling block to using Cheetah is that before she becomes Cheetah, she is Diana's best friend. Or at least very good friend. So you have to find a way to establish that that feels earned and not rushed.
My concept is that she is Etta Candy's granddaughter and Diana was always a part of her life...so she grew up idolizing her. That way you can establish a deep relationship between them within the first 10 minutes of the movie.
Then use the Rebirth version of her origin, desperately wanting to find Themyscira and instead finding the god that turns her into the Cheetah. She can resent Diana for not helping her and blame her for what happened.

Or they could choose to deviate widely from the comics as they often do.

I would save the villains like Cheetah and Circe for a modern-times Wonder Woman film. Wonder Woman 2 is supposed to be during the Cold War/1980s, so I'd use a villain like Aegeus. He's a lesser-known villain from the bronze age or the Wonder Woman comics. He was a Greek terrorist that was bestowed with powers by some Greek figure to try and destroy the Amazons. I think he could work because putting it in context of reality of the Cold War, a little earlier than the 80s at least, Greece and Europe were going thru some stuff at the time, so a villain like Aegeus would work. Just my take on it

Plus Gal Gadot is stunningly beautiful, but I don't think even she can pull off 80's shoulderpads.

It'll prolly make more money in the two or three weeks of 2019 it's out than every MCU movie combined in 2019. Innit?
