Wow I admire your stamina to watch so many bad movies. I have seen some of them, unfortunately. Castle of Fu Manchu. Speaking of Christopher Lee are you up for the Keeper challenge? The Keeper 1976 starring Christopher Lee and Tell (father of Liev) Schreiber. Qualifications for ultimate bad status: a)It failed to get a theatrical release b)it failed to get a television release c) its Canadian I rate it the worst movie I have seen--worse than Hillbillies in a Haunted House. Worse than Dracula vs Frankenstein. Worse than the Lucifer Complex. The absolute pits.

Resident Evil: Retribution
It is awful in every possible way
I'd rather watch Freddy Got Fingered every day of the week than watch Resident Evil: Retribution again.

Left Behind (2014). Bad writing, bad acting, bad directing. Left Behind lands in my "so bad it's amusing" category and I actually think Cage is still fun to watch in it. It's awful, but hilariously so.

Red Zone Cuba is what happens when a Nihilist of the worst sort with less talent than Ed Wood tries to make a serious... whatever that film was supposed to be. I don't know it was supposed to be a road movie, a crime drama, an arthouse film, or something else entirely. At one point it randomly becomes a war movie for about an hour in the middle, and then the main characters just desert and go back to the States to look for gold. Coleman Francis had a dark, muddy vision. With some cars. It was the movie about nothing before Seinfeld was the show about nothing. Some ex-cons run into a guy on the run and they team up to join the military, and nothing happens. Then they go to Cuba and nothing happens. Then they return to the States to look for gold and nothing happens. It no story, no plot, no character, no unifying theme, nothing. Its just a bunch of horrible people being horrible to each other in the U.S. and then in Cuba and back. It has scenes that go nowhere and frankly should never have filmed because they fail to do anything. Example: during their getaway to return to the U.S., we're forced to sit through one of the characters meticulously checking every plane in an airport to see if anyone left the keys in the ignition and it goes on FOREVER! Example: there's a scene when they're in a convertible during late Fall/early Winter, and they pull over to get the top up, and fail. So they give up and just keep driving. You can tell the filmmakers intended to have them be able to raise the hood, but when the actors couldn't, they just kept filming them give up and drive off. And you can tell that's what happened. Its... its baffling. Its not even an interesting bit of bad film. Its just bad.

Worst is kind of subjective so I'll go with the movies that I absolutely despised.
1. Requiem for a Dream
2. Being John Malkovich
3. AI artificial intelligence
4. Black Swan

It seems like the more bizarre, dark, depressing, and disturbing a movie is the more it's considered a masterpiece.

Its not interesting. Its really not. Yeah, you're right about Ed Wood's films in comparison to it. Wood's films have the distinction of being made by an eccentric nut who really was giving it his all to deliver on making great films. They have an innocent charm to them films like Red Zone Cuba don't share, because the latter was just a hateful piece of cinematic waste. Worse, Red Zone Cuba was actually the third in a "trilogy" of similarly themed films by the same filmmaker, Coleman Francis. I guess the point he was trying to make is that "people suck." No, really, that's the impression I get from his work.

I was amused by Being John Malkovich though have no desire to watch again. For a more serious version of the same idea: NOTHING BUT THE NIGHT 1973.
That Yul Brynner PSA does stay with you.

No way I'm never watching a movie remotely like that again! Actually the overall general concept was interesting. If they didn't add all that insane amounts of absurdity in it I may have liked it.

It seems like the more bizarre, dark, depressing, and disturbing a movie is the more it's considered a masterpiece. That is becasue those are the types of movies that explore the dark side of human nature and that is a very fascinating subject that is very important to explore. Also, many people relate to the subject matter of those types of movies. I don't find these movies depressing though, I find them comforting. Movies like these help me to confront my own fears and give me the desire to change the world for the better becasue many people in real life suffer the same way as is portrayed in movies, including me. For me, if a movie has redeeming qualities it can't be the worst movie I have ever seen. Then again, you probably avoid watching movies with no redeeming qualities. Maybe you are just the happy-go-lucky type who prefers to ignore the suffering in the world and if you are I envy you.

If they didn't add all that insane amounts of absurdity in it I may have liked it. It's not the same in approach-just in idea (I dont want to be specific since it would spoil it). Its an ok horror mystery film-sort of a prototype X Files. Its a serious film--nothing about taking over the bodies of celebrities. More like a Village of the Damned or Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

I caught Requiem for a Dream one time near the end of it was it was WTF with the rapid editing and cutting to different stories.
"Ass to ass!"
"Mashed potatoes!"
Don't do drugs. Just don't do them.
