Sounds like a cooler version of Empires of the Deep. Remember that trailer? www.youtube.com/watch?v=b3dnwxUSK9k. TEXT: Based on reports from Screen Rant’s Ben Kendrick out of Hall H, the Aquaman footage started off with two fishermen on a small boat. After casting their lines, one snags his on something big and it drags their boat across the ocean – eventually pulling the fishing pole out of the fisherman’s hands. Below the water, a fleet of vehicles go by and the camera dives below the surface of the ocean to take a look at submarines shaped like manta rays and warriors riding multi-finned sharks. Momoa revealed during the panel that the army is Ocean Master’s. That part of the clip ends with a shark eating the camera. The footage then cuts to Momoa as Aquaman on a sunken ship. He says, “I suppose you don’t want to talk about this huh. Neither do I.” He pulls a sword and attacks the camera – ending the Comic-Con footage. screenrant.com/aquaman-comic-con-2017-footage-details/

I know it was just a joke on Entourage but imagine if they really did get James Cameron to direct an Aquaman movie?

That actually looks kind of good. Did that ever actually air? "Gough said, "The implication when a network doesn't pick up a show, is that the pilot sucks and that's not the case. It's not a perfect pilot by any stretch of the imagination. There are other reasons—which are a mystery to us—as to why The CW didn't pick it up." On July 24, 2006, the pilot became one of the first shows offered by Warner Brothers on the iTunes Store, where it reached number-one on the list of most downloaded TV shows. Gough stated, "At least the pilot is now getting its day in court with the fans, and the reviews have all been very positive."
