When replying I see you can click at the bottom left a Post Quick Reply or at the top right you can click on Reply.
Is there a difference between them?

Quick reply doesn't have all the extra icons like post link, tag etc etc
If you want to post a video for example you would better off using the Reply rather than the quick reply button.
