Just two comedic actors you'd like to see be in a situation that they play off each other. Could be buddies, could be enemies...just a pair of presences you'd like to see together that you haven't so far.
-Danny DeVito and Steve Carrell -Charlie Day and Zach Galifinakis (I'd bet this is going to happen sooner or later) -Steven Wright and Bill Murray (preferably in a kung-fu movie about the art of the deadpan)

I know he has a lot of haters out there, but Will Ferrell with John C. Reilly AND Danny McBride. I realize it isn't a "DUO" but I'd love to see that. He's teamed up with both of them at various times but to have all 3 would be either extremely awesome or a huge bust.

I realized I didn't put any women in my first list...
I think Roseanne Barr and Sarah Silverman (two people many people have aversion to) would be great.
Would also welcome Roseanne and Kathy Bates to team up for a darker dig on something along the lines of "Thelma and Louise."
Also (back on to male actors), I'd love to see Ryan Reynolds, Jason Sudeikus, and Vince Vaughn together. They seem like they could each play a believable brother to one another.

Wolf of Wall Street and OUATiH have taught me Leo is a great comedic actor in hiding. I'd like to see him let loose with any big comedy star.

A lot of replies so far have consisted of 2 comedic actors. I think the best duos are those where there's 1 comedic actor and 1 dramatic actor.
