you heard it here first! This REALLY helps us! To be fair, I heard it first on the news (after days of hearing of the talks which pretty much meant the deal was going to happen one way or another). Then on local radio. Then people in my office were talking about it. Gotta be quicker on the draw than this, HBC. |

Gray to NY for SS Jorge Mateo, OF Dustin Fowler and RHP James Kaprellian. Fowler had major knee surgery and Kaprellian had TJ surgery. Another Josh Donaldson deal for Oakland. Not sure how Gray will fare in the Bronx Bandbox. He gives up a lot of homers.

I'm the biggest Peaks dork out there. Regard Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me as a terrific movie despite the haters. Haven't seen anything as regards to the 2017 revival. Have heard mixed reviews. More positive than negative. Do you see it continuing after the initial 18 episodes or do think it's done and will wrapped up nicely and tied into a bow where one can rest easily at the outcome. Or is this going to be typical Lynch/Frost and there's an open ending (which I'd love too)...... Ashame the character who played Harry Truman (did he die in real life) didn't revive his role. And apparently the dancing midget had a really ugly feud with Lynch and they're not on speaking terms. Needless to say - I've got to catch up on this. |

I wonder if there is any other relievers with sore arms the Red Sox could trade for? The Thornberg trade worked really well. Travis Shaw has eight more homers than anyone on the Sox roster. And ol' Thorny won't throw a pitch all year. |

He should be the 8th inning guy. Reed in the 7th, Mr. 102 MPH in the 8th and Kimbrel in the 9th. But Farrell loves ragarm Matt Barnes and his weak stuff. And he loves bringing CK in in the 8th, which usually ends in a souvenir. |
