1. A government building gets blown up, killing a prominent government official. A villain manipulates heroes into fighting each other. Which movie is this?
Is it Captain America: Civil War (May 2016)? Or is it Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (March 2016)?
2. Peter Parker's friend's dad is the villain. The villain pieces clues together to figure out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. The villain doesn't tell anyone about Spider-Man's identity. Spider-Man and the villain fight. Spider-Man wins. Which movie is this?
Is it Spider-Man: Homecoming (July 2017)? Or is it Spider-Man (May 2002)?
3. The elevator of a national monument gets blown up. Fortunately, the hero arrives just in time to save the girl/woman that he likes from getting killed. Which movie is this?
Is it Spider-Man: Homecoming (July 2017)? Or is it Superman II (June 1981)?

Or is it Superman II (June 1981)? Hmm, which one got better reviewed and grossed more money: is it Civil War or BvS?? - Oh that's right, Civil War with 90% on RT and grossed $1.132 billion at Box Office. BvS: 27% with only $870 million In Homecoming, is Liz Peter's best friend? Or in Spider-Man ('02), is Harry Peter's girlfriend? In Homecoming, did Vulture accidentally kill himself? Which movie is it where the hero saves the love interest and a bunch of others at the last minute?? Oh yeah, just about every superhero film. Now, bonus question. Is DC-Fan... A. Jealous of the MCU'S success B. Jealous of the MCU'S success C. Jealous of the MCU's success D. A dumb fucking DC troll or E. All of the above?

Someone with superhuman abilities, carrying a shield, leads a multi-cultural team of soldiers - who at one point are all in London where they go to a local pub - in an attempt to defeat the Germans during a World War. The main villain and their scientist are developing a super weapon. The superhuman falls in love with an Allied agent in the process, but one of the happy couple dies when they sacrifice themselves whilst destroying an aeroplane that is carrying said weapon.
Is This Captain America First Avenger or Wonder Woman ?
The offspring of a "god" with mytical weapons, from a world unknown and secluded from regular folk, travels to the "real world" and fights a foe from their home. On the way they fall in love with a regular human, and have humouress moments when trying to adapt to their new surroundings.
Is this Thor or Wonder Woman ?
A team made up of criminals reluctantly join forces to fight a great foe, and save the planet. All to the sound of a classic rock soundtrack. The big bad is defeated after being distracted by one of the team.
Is this Guardians Of The Galaxy or Suicide Squad ?

Is This Captain America First Avenger or Wonder Woman ? Since neither Steve Rogers nor Peggy Carter died in The First Avenger, that doesn't apply to The First Avenger so the only correct answer is Wonder Woman. Since Diana's home is Themyscira and Ares has never even been to Themyscira, that doesn't apply to Themyscira so the only correct answer is Thor.

And which of those superhero movie was the rescue from a bomb in the elevator of a national monument? Well, let's see, there was Superman II and then there was . . . SMS. So Superman II did it and no other superhero movie did it, until SMH copied it.

I've deduced that he's more a Marvel fan than he is a DC fan. His silly attacks on the amazing Marvel movies aren't just to get himself attention, but to get people to defend, praise, and otherwise talk about the Marvel movies - because he loves them and wants more discussion about them. Sure he rates them 1's and 2's, but even if you don't care for them, no rational, intelligent or sane person could think they're honestly 1's and 2's. He doesn't really think they deserve those ratings. It's just to get people to challenge his rants. Same with the Netflix shows. If someone thought all the movies were 1's and 2's - they wouldn't watch the next one as soon as its out, which he does - they also wouldn't watch Marvel TV series. The more he appears to hate a Marvel movie, the more he actually enjoyed it.

Don't forget he also went to SMH on the day of release (though he either has a poor attention span/memory or seems to constantly see cuts of Marvel films the rest of us don't)

By the way, which film got better reviewed? Was it Homecoming at 92% or Superman II at 89%? I'll give you a hint, it's the higher number.

In Homecoming Spider-man had to hold the elevator while the people inside had to be helped out. Superman just picked it up and threw it into space. But I think you'll cut it down to only being movies about white males wearing red and blue tights.

Like I said, Superman II did it and no other superhero movie did it, until SMH copied it.
