I'm watching it and well well it seems decent enough so far. I don't understand critics trashing this and give a pass to such shows like Supergirl.

Yeah, you're actually right, it's not bad in the sense that there's anything wrong it, but without spoiling anything, I think you'll wind up feeling like you wish more happened.
It's vastly better than Supergirl in terms of overall quality.

Danny Rand's character is awful, other than that it was decent. The Meachums are the best part of the show, hands down. The problem the show is called Iron Fist, not The Meachums. At the end of the day it wasn't as terrible as its reviews might suggest, but it had a lot of problems and only enough redeeming qualities to make it passable. By Marvel Netflix standards that has to be considered some kind of failure.

The problem was that plenty of people just couldn't get over the "Blonde White Martial Artist" thing, they fight scenes weren't that good due to how rushed the production was, and the first episodes released early to critics weren't that good and had unanswered questions....unanswered until the second half of the show that they didn't get to see.

The pacing, acting, plotting and action were pretty bad to a lot of people.

I do not like the actor and I think he does terrible fight scenes. But as far as pacing and story and characters and all, I actually enjoyed Ironfist more than Luke Cage.

Critics are very quick to get on the PC bandwagon. Pretty much the only explanation I can come up with why the latest Ghostbusters got such a high rating. And if we're being honest, I know Wonder Woman also got a boost in rating because of it's PC-charged nature. So yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if critics were extra harsh (either intentionally or unintentionally) on Ironfist because of PC-related bias.

They need a recast with an actor, who has expirience in Martial Arts.

Basically, it wasn't "as good" as Marvel normally is, so they were harder on than usual. What can I say? When you're the only house in town producing decent superhero movies and TV shows, expectations are high.

Doctor Strange debunks that argument. Dr Strange deals with random magic though, which has no basis in real life and is something all cultures have in their mythologies/legends. Iron Fist deals with Asian Martial Arts which are explicitly...Asian.

More like hes a white Savior and there is a lot of Asian culture that revolves around the character. Its not just him being a white martial artist.

Well however way you want to cut it, it still feels like critics were influenced by some form of PC drive.
