They're both pretty lame.

I actually really like Vision! Wanda, well she's pretty but that accent... I think they were both miscast. I get why Paul Bethany was used due to his voice of Jarvis but it doesn't work as Vision and Bettany's performance has been very weak IMO. Elizabeth Olsen just doesn't have much presence as Wanda. She's already bad enough with a generic super power set thanks to Whedon. Also her wardrobe is drab. I'd much prefer more of a gypsy or comic book appearance. I'd like to see them both culled.

Well, the outfit she wore in Civil War is actually not too far separated from what she's worn in the comics. The Red Leather and the jacket and everything. She just doesn't have the headdress.

They're both woefully underdeveloped IMO. AoU did a good job of establishing them but in Civil War they were just kind of there.
What does Vision do with his time? What does he see as his purpose?
Does Wanda still hate Stark? Why not? What changed? He's still responsible for what happened. What exactly are her powers?? She can throw cars but for some reason can't just strip off Stark's suit?
I like them both, but they need a lot more attention from the writers.

Wanda got over her hatred of Stark after she saw that her hatred almost helped Ultron destroy the world and she lost her twin brother. She figured it wasn't worth it if is meant becoming the thing she always thought Tony was. And she's an Avenger now because it's basically "Community Service". Her powers have always been nebulous, even in the comics.

I mean, why wasn't he on the mission to get Crossbones? He would've been a huge help. his character was a low priority for the writers, understandably, but that's still no excuse. Also, I get Wanda's arc in AoU but we got no resolution to her feelings towards Stark specifically. She's an Avenger, yes. But does she completely forgive Tony? Are they dear friends at the start of Civil War? It's a huge thing to ignore.

I mean, in regards to Wanda I just think it's a mistake not to further explore her feelings towards Tony. In regards to Vision, I think things can be easily fixed in Avengers 3. They didn't ruin the character or anything like that, but there's no denying that he was one of the least interesting Avengers in Civil War.

Well, he was only in the movie for like 10 minutes wasn't he? True. But Ant Man and Spidey had just as much screen time and made a much bigger impact. It's not a huge deal. I just hope they work harder to make Vision more memorable in the next movie.
