American Gods. My thoughts BEFORE tuning in: "Oh cool, it's based on a book from the same guy who wrote CORALINE! I LOVED CORALINE! And he wrote some silly Doctor Who episodes! His other novels have titles like Stardust, Odd and the Frost Giants, M Is for Magic, The Day I Swapped My Dad for Two Goldfish, Blueberry Girl, and Crazy Hair! How CUTE! I bet this will be some nice lighthearted whimsical fantasy series! Can't wait. If it's good, I can share it with grandma and my nephews!"  My thoughts AFTER tuning in: AGHHHHHHH!!! YIKES!!! OH PLEASE, NO, AWWW!! GEESH! I DID *NOT* NEED TO SEE THAT!!! EWWWWW!!! THAT'S NASTY!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL?   |

The Scream TV series. I spent countless hours dissecting the whodunnit aspects with others, only for them to retcon the killer in season 2, practically by pulling a name out of a hat (they were going back and forth on who it was all the way up until the season finale premiered). If anything should be set in stone from the beginning, it's the who in a whodunnit. It's like being given pieces of a puzzle, getting all the way to the end putting the whole thing together, only to find the last piece doesn't fit and you've wasted your time. I never got to see the movie at all. All four of them are better than the show. |

The Path, didn't regret it for too long, I shut it off halfway through the pilot episode (yawn).
I'm halfway through the first season of Legion, not sure yet if I like it or hate it.
The Scream series, made it through the first season, the second season is dragging, and from all accounts on here, very bad. I'll probably finish it, but it's a chore.

No one gives a shit if you disagree or not. Beside, your pseudo "disagreement" is highly irrelevant since the show is indeed quite good when seen as what it is: funny, lighthearted entertainment. BTW, the last I heard, season 3 of Scream won't be out until March 2018. Have you heard anything else about the scheduling? Like you, I also enjoy the show. |

Hell on Wheels, like a dumbass. I guess my first clue should have been when the original writers left after season one. And then it should have been once they ditched the main character's motivation the very next season entirely. And then they killed off the love interest they built up for two seasons. And then half the cast was gone by season three and then they forced a romance no one took seriously. By season 4, they wrote themselves into a corner so they just killed off literally half the remaining cast. I have no idea what happened in the fifth season because I finally stopped watching it.

You obviously do since you've replied to me twice. Them repeatedly changing the identity of the killer is irrelevant? It's a whodunnit, genius. Who the killer is is kind of the whole point. If you keep changing it, you end up with a show that doesn't make sense. But hey, enjoy your dumbed down tween version of Scream (or "funny, lighthearted entertainment" as you like to call it) for the short time it lasts. Obviously not many other people do hence the increasingly terrible ratings and fired showrunners. |

I don't know, on old IMDb there were a lot of Scream The Tween Series fans who were similarly aggressive and a few fries short of a happy meal.
