It's back! 4 days away from the new season.
Same rules as last time, predict the final league positions of the top 10 Premier League teams rather than the top 6 this time, and that's it! Same scoring system as last time; minus one point for each place you are out for each team. So for example if you predict Chelsea to finish 1st, but they finish 11th, you score minus 10 points. Whoever scores closest to zero wins!
Could have done predict the top 20 I suppose, but I know you lot are lazy, and it can be a drag pondering over whether Watford might finish above West Brom.
So yep, just predict the top 10 final league positions.
You can change your predictions any time up until 7.45pm on Friday 11th August. Any entries or edits after this time shall be ruled null and void.
You can consider this the community shield of prediction games. Just a bit of fun. Everyone is welcome to play.
BTW, has anyone set up the BBC prediction league? I can see they are running it again. If not, I'll do another thread later if I get a chance.

1. Man City 2. Arsenal 3. Spurs 4. Man United 5. Chelsea 6. Liverpool 7. Everton 8. Southampton 9. Leicester 10. Newcastle
This is actually pretty tough, just got a gut feeling Arsenal are going to fly away from the blocks but bottle it near the death. To be honest I could make a case for any of that top 6 winning it.
Might change that Leicester prediction depending on whether Mahrez stays between now and Friday...

That's bold Izzy, you not left anyone out? I think Izzy may be thinking no 'home' games for them this season! It's a fair point but can't see them finishing bottom half.
1 CFC 2 MAN CITY 3 MAN UTD 4 LIVERPOOL 5 ARSENAL 6 SPURS 7 EVERTON 8 WBA 9 WEST HAM 10 LEICESTER
(welcome back)
EDIT : Been thinking about it and have decided to switch AFC and LFC around. I think Klopp will just about outwit Wenger this season.

Carl goes bold as well with a surprising omission.
Funnily enough, if someone omitted from your top 10 does well, it doesn't actually hurt you too badly, which might be a flaw in the scoring system, but the rules are the rules.

LOL - that "surprising omission" was an oversight! Can I take a Mulligan?!

brighton over palace - you all been sniffing glue ? I wanted to include Palace, Runie baby, but I just got no idea how they are gonna cope without Big Sam. They could finish 5th or 15th, I just don't know. Spare a thought for Spurs fans, Izzy really gave them a kick in the teeth.

I thought you agreed to do the predictor.
I'll do it gain if you want but it's only worth it if there's lots of people playing... and regularly.
1) Man United 2) Man City 3) Liverpool 4) Chelsea 5) Arsenal 6) Everton 7) Tottenham 8) West Ham 9) West Brom 10)Southampton

Although if you want to take over then please do. I'm using the same league as you set up so everyone who was in it last year is in it again. I'm not promising my updates will be as timely as yours, so be beware!
