Today is the anniversary of their Gold Medal. Question. If you assembled a a 'Dream Team' today - can they take down the below? What a legendary team that catapulted the NBA into the mainstream and into our hearts. Barkley Bird Drexler Ewing Magic Jordan Laettner The Mailman Mullin Pippen The Admiral Stockton I love hoops today - but just look at those legends above. Nothing like '90 hoops! Now take Lebron, Steph, Durant, Westbrook, Harden - you choose any 12 you want and stack them up against the Dream Team. Think they can take them in a 7 game series? I'm going Dream Team in 4-1. Thoughts? Discuss  |

IDK if they got a fn chance, Ill try: (Im also gonna cheat A LITTLE. Mostly with one guy, Ill say who. 2 others I want their "prime" again it's all fun fiction right?

T. Duncan (OK OK I know he is retired, but man he was a monster. Again this is all fiction, so id want a prime Duncan, come on it's the dream team give me a chance to win!)

SF: K. Leonard
PF: D. Green
C: D. Cousins
C: D. Howard (A Prime Howard, like Wade/Duncan)

Yeah - you're stretchin' it but truth be told some of those Dream Teamers weren't in their prime as well. Scratch Duncan though - that's definitely cheating since he ain't around today. I forget to mention - you have to add a college guy - just like the Dream Team added Laettner I think the only shot they would have would be to hope they got hot from the outside and just bomb treys all night - Curry, Thompson, Harden, etc |
