It seems that the last major only just finished and then the WGC at Firestone.
This is the final Major of the season.
Quail Hollow will have happy memories for Rory who has won here, before. A better performance on tne greens may have gotten him closer to Matsuyama, last week.
The latter looks capable of anything and is surely destined to be a winner of many tournaments including Majors.
Perhaps most intriguing of all this weekend will be Jordan' Spieth's attempt to complete his Grand Slam but this particular championship is not kind to favourites.
I like
Matsuyama (form player this season)
Spieth (if his putter is hot)
Rory (he likes the course)
Charley Hoffmann (he keeps knocking on the door)
Casey (no bad rounds this time, plz)
Harrington (I think he's got another Major in him)

Matsuyama follows up his 61 at Firestone last week with a 64 here at Quail Hollow.
He's not missing many fairways, he and his caddy have their yardages spot on, he's not only hitting greens but getting pin-high a lot and his reading of the greens and execution of his putts are spot on.
My only criticism is the way he finishes his swing but since he's already hit the ball, that doesn't matter. Seems pretty nerveless as well.
Looks like the winner.
