Cool and cloudy Your pictures are really awesome. Do you take those yourself? You're in Australia, right? What part of "Down Under" is that? It's beautiful!

Cool and cloudy Lucky you, Deb. Currently the weather where I live is pretty much this... It was like that here too when we had the heatwave and I don't envy you but things have thankfully cooled down a lot since then and we have only had one hot day since then and that was nowhere near as hot as before. Today it has been sunny and warm outside but it is windy outside now and is quite cool. I was looking forward to summer being over before but then I remembered how many times I got the flu in winter last year.

16 degrees Celsius (61 F) and sunny. Unusually warm for this time of the year, already feels like spring. I just went outside and went running and I think I'll sit outside for a while later today. Beautiful sunny day. Usually max. temperatures are about 6 degrees Celsius (43 F) in February so today (tbh the entire week already) is a lot warmer the average.

Snowing. The neighbor's car looks like a snow sculpture. Sigh... my car was a snow sculpture, but yesterday I finally cleaned it off and went to the grocery store because Tuesday is going to be ANOTHER frigging storm. We got a light dusting last night. Temps in rural Misery hovering around freezing, I'm tired of snow and ice. My land line is down, the phone side of it, no idea why I still have Internet access. My woodstove has been mighty busy, as have I and my saw. Usually, this time of year, I am in Charleston, South Carolina with my artist friend at an art show, but I couldn't go this year, and I am glad, really, because I would have worried about my house and animals, even though a good friend critter-sits. I cannot wait for spring!

Yes, we got some very chilly weather recently. It got down as low as 18 or 19 C, which is about 66 F. However, today will be about 25 C, which is about 77F. Nice for a birthday.

10:48 AM, in San Francisco. 50 degrees, mostly sunny and breezy. We had rain overnight, but we may through with that for the rest of the week. Rain is better than drought, so no complaints.

I made a trip to the grocery store tonight - - first time in over a week. Lots of un-melted snow piles still remain on the shoulders and in parking lots after last week's Big Snow, but thankfully the roads are all clear. It's calm and cold, and very clear out - noted there's a full or nearly full moon out in the night sky.

Great video. Another place we went to was 'Featherdale Wildlife Park' and that is a fun place to go and we have been there before with my youngest nice and they have koalas, kangaroos, echidnas, penguins, wombats, crocodiles, cows, goats, parrots, lizards, sheep, quolls, turtles, ducks, Tasmanian Devils and snakes and I am not a fan of crocodiles, snakes and lizards so we stay away from them but I loved seeing all the other animals and birds.

Bitter and hateful. (Though Lake Michigan is completely iced over, an enormous sheet of white and I must say that part is eerily beautiful.) I cannot even express how much I am looking forward to Spring.
