The Chadian summer is extremely hot. Also, it is supposed to rain tomorrow, spoiling my plans for a picnic, but maybe that will cool things down a bit afterward.

38.1 degrees Celsius (100.6 F) and sunny. About as warm as yesterday and the first time ever that 2 consecutive days reached 38 degrees. And here there still hasn't been any significant rain in 45 days. This summer is unreal.
