A good question. Pickups of all types still seem to be quite common. One I don't see as much these days is the Chevy Caprice. Plain ol' station wagons I don't see much since SUVs have pretty much taken over for them.

Bargle Yes, I too often see old pick-ups. Not a car, but I often see old 1980s/1990s trucks, the kind that are smaller than a semi truck, but still much larger than a pick-up (large enough to have a vertical exhaust, anyway). They are usually very worn-out, and those vertical exhausts often have bits of metal missing, but those trucks just keep on going!

A 1990's era car that used to be very common but not seen much anymore are Mitsubishi Eclipses (and the badge engineered Eagle Talon). They used to be everywhere.
Still see plenty of well used 1990's era GM trucks. They just keep going and going.

I agree, they are usually very well worn. Most probably have 500,000+ (not exaggerating) miles on them by now.
