6 games!? Poor Skip Bayless and DC-Fan. LOL! Jerry Jones' said he personally looked at ALL the evidence and didn't see any indication that Elliott would get prosecuted.

He's right, Elliot didn't get prosecuted. But prosecution is not required to be suspended in the NFL. In the NFL there's a lower burden of proof, essentially guilty until proven innocent. Jerry will just have to deal.

LOL! Jerry Jones' said he personally looked at ALL the evidence and didn't see any indication that Elliott would get prosecuted. In the NFL there's a lower burden of proof, essentially guilty until proven innocent. No, the NFL's standard of proof isn't "guilty until proven innocent". The NFL's standard of proof is "preponderance of evidence", which isn't the same thing as "guilty until proven innocent".
"Innocent until proven guilty" basically requires 100% proof while "Guilty until proven innocent" requires 0% proof (the prosecution doesn't even have to present any evidence because the burden is entirely on the defense to present evidence proving innocence).
But "preponderance of evidence" still requires over 50% proof. Therefore, the prosecution is still required to present enough evidence to tip the scale to over 50%. So if the evidence doesn't indicate guilt over 50%, then it's not guilty.

So tell us, do you still think the corrupt commissioner is fair and unbiased or do you agree that this is a ridiculous penalty?

What makes it ( in your opinion ) "a ridiculous penalty"?

What makes it ( in your opinion ) "a ridiculous penalty"? Just liek everything else he does, it's inconsistent. Josh Brown admits to beating his wife 20 times and gets a one game suspension, Zeke is cleared of criminal charges and gets 6 games? You don't see a bit of ridiculous here? And I can't stand the Cowboys

What I'm saying is that it's inconsistent, based on the penalty given to Josh Brown, who admitted it, not even being charged and denying the accusations, he should not have even gotten one game.

Doesn't matter, Dallas is not going anywhere this season again for the 21st straight year.

No one hates the Cowboys more than me. Still, this suspension is ridiculous. I am actually hoping I can draft Zeke in the third round of some of my leagues because I think it will get reduced to 3-4 games. Zeke has some off field issues sure, but he was never charged with anything and as far as I can tell, the accuser is a money grubbing whore.

If you think it's ridiculous, just wait.
He hasn't been punished for the bar fight, yet.
He will likely sit out even more games.
