Holli Would (Kim Basinger) Cool World (1992)If you combine Marilyn Monroe with Jessica Rabbit and include the sultry voice of Kim Basinger, the result in Ralph Bakshi's mind would lead up to the ultimate male sex fantasy come alive. She smokes, drinks, curses and knows that she can get every man in the universe. However, there is one huge flaw, which is that Holli Would is a mean, manipulating, psychotic bitch that would use every nasty trick in the book to get what she wants, whenever she wants.

April O'Neil (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987-1996) There is a reason why almost every episode had Shredder and his goons kidnapping April and not Master Splinter or Irma, and I guess this lovely lady needs little or no introduction beside that she has to be one of hottest animated babes of that era, always dressing up in a tight yellow jump-suit, with the curves to fit well in all the right places. After re-watching the show several years ago, I was very surprised (positive that is) of how many close-ups of her well proportioned body we get to see, along with lots of cleavage shots. In the show she did come off as a bit of an career chasing egoistic bimbo, who would more than once put herself in danger to get a hold of that perfect and exclusive story, which might give her the break within the news business.

I prefer real women not drawings of women. The subject was "Hottest Cartoon Babes?" not "do you prefer humans or drawings?"

Padmé Amidala from the Star Wars: Clone Wars 2003 animated microseries. Some might say she has a rather long neck, though I prefer to think of it as ‘swan-like’.
