Why does it get so much hate? I like it more than the first does that count?

Why does it get so much hate? I had trouble finishing it. I honestly couldn't tell if the villain was supposed to be comic relief. Really, it was a chore to watch for me. What did you like about it?

But do you like like it? Does it give you a stiffy like every single MCU film does?

But do you like like it? Does it give you a stiffy like every single MCU film does? If you're asking me, no, I was very limp for War Zone but I get a major raging boner for every MCU film. I'm polite though and buy out the entire row and the three seats directly in front of me for privacy.

Really, it was a chore to watch, and I don't know how the reviews are as good as they are. I like Jigsaw and his brother. Also they had a father and son couple as henchmen. The villains were fine. Jigsaw was good because he was larger than life but still realistic (regarding his persona at least), and even his appearance wasn't too far fetched. It's a cool film, you should give it another chance.

I mean it's been since it came out since I watched it, so all I remember is really really really not liking Jigsaw, but I suppose I could watch it again. The thing is, I don't want to. Even if it's a little better than I remember I don't really care to spend 2 hours finding out.

Great action flick. Better than the kiddie movies from the DCEU, MCU, and XCU. And Ray Stevenson is still the best Punisher, even the great Jon Bernthal cames close to him.

It wasn't directed by Matthew Vaughn.

Always amusing when somebody insists on calling something garbage when it clearly isn't though.

I liked it too. It was heavily influenced by the MAX series and I liked that Lexi Alexander went with that route. Shame it did poorly at the box office.
As a side note was Punisher: Warzone the first comic movie movie directed by a woman?

was Punisher: Warzone the first comic movie movie directed by a woman? Yes, Punisher: War Zone is the only CBM other than Wonder Woman that was directed by a woman. But Punisher: War Zone only had a budget of $35 million (it had a world-wide gross of $10 million). Wonder Woman had a budget of $149 million, which is rare for a female director. Over 300 movies have had a budget over $100 million, but Patty Jenkins is only the 6th woman to direct a movie with a budget over $100 million.

Its pretty awesome that we got a violent Punisher movie that was directed by a woman.
