Probably gonna get flamed for saying this, but I've always felt the Beatles final album Let it Be was quite forgettable....

Most bands and solo singers I would say have forgettable final albums.

The Smiths - I like parts of Strangeways but overall it's a spotty album and pales in comparison to previous albums.

Skinny Puppy, if you count The Process as their last (it was, until they reformed). The Sisters of Mercy

Michael Jackson - Invincible.
I quite enjoy it, but it's definitely forgettable.

Well technically (& I know I'm splitting hairs here) Abbey Road was their real final album; it's just that it was released before Let It Be. Though I wouldn't say L.I.B was the worst final album ever,it was definitely one of their weakest efforts.

Admittedly, all 4 Beatles were not there, but that was true of many of the later Beatles cuts.
