With Bilic only just odds on to be next to go, it seems that Koeman's dismissal has rocked the boat a bit. Sean Dyche to Everton? Remember this is 'next to leave' not necessarily 'next to be sacked'.
SKYBET
Slaven Bilic 8/11
Sean Dyche 2/1
Marco Silva 10/1
Mark Hughes 10/1
Antonio Conte 11/1
Mauricio Pellegrino 12/1
Paul Clement 18/1
Tony Pulis 18/1
Eddie Howe 20/1
Jurgen Klopp 20/1
Roy Hodgson 20/1
Rafael Benitez 25/1
Arsene Wenger 33/1
David Wagner 33/1
Chris Hughton 40/1
Jose Mourinho 66/1
Mauricio Pochettino 100/1 Pep Guardiola 100/1 No Manager To Leave 100/1

Going with Bilic (If palace win) he is gone. I've gone for a 3 - 1 win for Palace this weekend, but still Bilic will hang on.

Cancel that taxi for Unsworth. No way Unsworth deserves the job. He lost three out of four while in charge.

I fancy Conte may go first, followed by Hodgson. Palace have Zaha and... . defensively disorganised. Only Spuds will know why they only scored once.

Next Premier League Manager to Leave
Marco Silva 8/13
Paul Clement 5/2
Mauricio Pellegrino 7/1
Antonio Conte 12/1
Mark Hughes 12/1
Sean Dyche 12/1
Eddie Howe 18/1
Rafael Benitez 18/1
Roy Hodgson 22/1
Chris Hughton 25/1
Claude Puel 33/1
David Wagner 33/1
Jurgen Klopp 33/1
David Moyes 40/1
Jose Mourinho 40/1
Arsene Wenger 50/1
No Manager To Leave 80/1
Mauricio Pochettino 100/1
Pep Guardiola 100/1
Pulis is the latest casualty and I am no fan of WBA. This may well send them down. Marco Silva may well be next, but it won't be a sacking. I can't see Watford giving him up easily, and who can blame them? Will he honour his contract at Vicarage Road, where he is making headway, or will he up sticks for the sh*tfest that is Goodison?
Five gone so soon

I'd say there is a pretty high chance Marco Silva is going to Everton. Heard him after the West Ham game (I think) and he wasn't ruling it out, which is normally code for "as soon as the 't's have been dotted and the 'i's have been crossed, I am off, and you wont see me for dust suckers!!"
Which is a shame really because I've quite enjoyed watching Watford when I've seen them this season. Kind of one of those weird moves where he is going to a bigger club, but a club that is in much worse shape currently. For a foreigner, I don't know what the attraction of Everton over Watford would be... well except cash.
Watford playing hardball though over compensation apparently, so I suppose Everton might get frustrated and look elsewhere. Tony Pulis is available.

Moyes to be gone by Christmas. I'd echo this, their fixtures are brutal, he could easily be sacked without winning a game. Hopefully it's on Christmas Day.
