Because the film made up some lame bullcrap about electricity being Kryptonite to mutants. This left me wondering where this leaves mutants who have electricity AS their power.

I'll admit that didn't occur to me until the Cinemasins episode.

The film said nothing of the sort. No, it showed it. No, it didn't. It just uses electricity as the new Achilles' Heel for mutants because Bryan Singer isn't creative enough to come up with something better.

You're trying to say that Weapon X was using simply using electricity? What the hell are you even talking about? And you will never convince that this film justified this new asspull of an Achilles' Heel for all Mutants. Marvel Studios could have, though.

Weapon X in the movie was shown using mutant cancelling tech. An asspull? You didn't watch DOFP that also had mutant cancelling technology?

It was an asspull in DOFP, too.

I was talking about the technology that was used in the helicopter.

I was talking about the technology that was used in the helicopter. The thread is about Nightcrawler in the cage fight where the cage is electrified and Nightcrawler could've just teleported out. But the plot conveniently had it where an electrified fence kept him from getting out. They might as well have said that there has to be an open door for him to teleport out of a room.

I was talking about the technology that was used in the helicopter. Another asspull, considering Stryker's group didn't know they were there.
